About the Apprenticeship Programme
Our 3-year Financial Services Apprenticeship Programme is designed for ambitious, driven individuals eager to launch their career in financial planning and advisory. This is an incredible opportunity to gain real-world experience, professional qualifications, and work alongside some of the most knowledgeable experts in the industry.
You will work towards earning:
- APA (Accredited Product Adviser)
- CIP/QFA (Certified Insurance Practitioner / Qualified Financial Adviser)
- Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Insurance Practice – Level 8 NFQ (via ATU Sligo)

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for financial services and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- APA/QFA part-qualified (preferred but not required)
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Key Responsibilities
- Support in delivering tailored life and pension advice to clients
- Conduct product and market research
- Liaise with insurance, pension, and investment providers
- Maintain compliance standards (AML, engagement letters, etc.)
- Perform administrative tasks and support internal team operations
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland and visa requirements satisfied
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Eligibility for the Insurance Practice (Apprenticeship) Degree Programme
