About the Apprenticeship Programme

Our 3-year Financial Services Apprenticeship Programme is designed for ambitious, driven individuals eager to launch their career in financial planning and advisory. This is an incredible opportunity to gain real-world experience, professional qualifications, and work alongside some of the most knowledgeable experts in the industry.

 

You will work towards earning:

  • APA (Accredited Product Adviser)
  • CIP/QFA (Certified Insurance Practitioner / Qualified Financial Adviser)
  • Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Insurance Practice – Level 8 NFQ (via ATU Sligo)

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for financial services and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • APA/QFA part-qualified (preferred but not required)
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in delivering tailored life and pension advice to clients
  • Conduct product and market research
  • Liaise with insurance, pension, and investment providers
  • Maintain compliance standards (AML, engagement letters, etc.)
  • Perform administrative tasks and support internal team operations

 

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland and visa requirements satisfied
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • Eligibility for the Insurance Practice (Apprenticeship) Degree Programme
