About the Company

Clear Insurance Ireland, originally MBC Insurance and Phelan Caswell Insurances, is a reputable and long-established insurance broker based in Ireland.

We've been helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most for more than four decades. From our roots, we've grown to support over 5,000 clients nationwide, delivering specialist insurance guidance and tailored coverage to a range of professionals including plant and tool hirers, forklift hirers and sales operators.

We now operate from strong regional hubs in Cork (formerly MBC Insurance), Dublin (formerly Phelan Caswell), Kerry and Waterford. We provide a multitude of insurance solutions to SME businesses and we're home to https://clearinsuranceireland.com/business-sectors/techinsureie/, specialist insurance for technology and IT businesses, as well as renewable energy, equine and event specialisms.

We've built our business on trusted relationships, sector knowledge and a strong belief in doing the right thing.

About the Apprentice Programme

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals who have the potential to become highly effective business professionals. This permanent apprenticeship programme exposes you to every facet of our business and allows you to develop both technical and professional skills.

You will also earn an ATU Sligo-awarded Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Insurance Practice (Apprenticeship), which is Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ).
